Your hosts, Ans & Lucia Benderer, are both avid skiers and are eager to share their knowledge of the many diversions available to you - both indoors and out. With three cross country touring centers and two major downhill slopes within minutes of the lodge, as well as snow shoeing, sleigh rides and snowmobiling, the Weathervane Lodge is an ideal destination for the outdoor enthusiasts of every persuasion.

Now that you've worked up an appetite! Restaurants in the Valley range from from high-end French to casual American; dining in the area is nothing short of superb. Dozens of restaurants offer every dining option from intimate dinner-for-two to easy family-style fare. Need a suggestion? Your innkeepers have "dined around the Valley" and are always happy to share their experiences.

The lodge lends itself well to small groups, intimate weddings, and corporate retreats and can comfortable accommodate up to 25 guests for a highly personalized visit.
